Congratulations to Mark and Sarah who were married at St James's Church in Reading and continued their celebrations at The Forbury.
Well what a beautiful wedding we had as our last one of the year. Being inbetween Christmas and New Year, everyone had opened presents and celebrated with their families and now it was time to celebrate with Mark and Sarah for their wedding. As well as three adult bridesmaids, the couple had chosen seven beautiful flowergirls and a page boy - all under 6! They were absolutely wonderful and did so well all walking down the aisle together.
After the ceremony, it was a short walk over the road to The Forbury for family and friends. With exclusive use of the hotel and it's own cinema, the children (and adults!) were entertained during the drinks reception with Finding Nemo - I love that film!
The Forbury is such a beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed being able to explore later in the evening. We really enjoyed our day with Mark and Sarah and wish them all the best for their future.
