Oakley Court Wedding Photography - Steve and Iona

Congratulations to Steve and Iona who were married recently at St Catherine's Church in Bearwood and continued their celebrations at the magnificent Oakley Court in Windsor.

Iona had chosen to get ready at Oakley Court with her three adult bridemaids and two flower girls so it was certainly busy when we arrived! The flowergirls were so cute and it was lovlely to see them parading around in their mini princess dresses. Iona's dress looked incredible in her dress and the detail was just amazing.

After a few shots with the girls we headed on to the church to meet the boys and luckily Steve and his best man (his identical twin!) had decided to wear different coloured cravats which i think we were all grateful for as they really are identical! At the church we also saw another couple of familiar faces in Amber and Craig whose wedding we photographed last December and who recomended us to Iona which is always really nice.

The ceremony was beautiful and as it was a little chilly, we headed straight to Oakley Court to make full use of the wonderful grounds. It is always great to be back at Oakley Court as it is such a beautiful place and we never run out of new ideas for great shots.

The room looked wonderful as the guests took their seat for the speeches and as they started we knew they were going to be fantastic - which of course they were.

This was another great day and we wish Iona and Steve lots of happiness for their future together. Here are a few images from their day:-

Oakley Court wedding photography - Gemma and Rob

Congratulations to Gemma and Rob who were married a few weeks ago at Oakley Court in Windsor.

We arrived slightly earlier than we had planned with the bride and groom as a little bird told us that Rob's Mum had arranged a surprise for Rob so that he could arrive for his wedding in style. The image of her trying to get a sneaky peak at him arriving is still one of my favourites from the day.

Back with the girls and they were full of smiles, especially our beautiful bride Gemma and despite a few nerves and worries about fainting (aparently she has a habit of this!) everything went smoothly and she looked absolutely stunning in her dress.

It was a beautiful ceremony (with no fainting!) and some very emotional and very funny readings. Gemma's brothers had been asked to make up a reading and it had everyone in stitches, it was brilliant. The sun was shining as we headed out to the gardens for some drinks and canapes and a few family shots and although we were interupted by quite a heavy downpour(!) in the middle we were able to get some great shots.

The bride and groom shots especially were very important to Gemma and Rob and they gave us plenty of time throughout the day to capture some wonderful images and we even managed to get back down to the jetty at sunset, despite it starting to rain again as soon as we got down there (you can just see the rain in the last image), but it was well worth.

We had such a great time with Gemma and Rob and the photo booth in the evening was a huge success once again with everyone joining in, from babies to Nan! We wish them both all the best for a very happy future together.
