Northbrook Park Wedding Photography - Emily and John

Congratulations to Emily and John who were married recently at Northbrook Park, Farnham.

Well I say, if you're going to be a princess for the day then you have to get the dress for it and that's exactly what Emily did. Having previously got to know Emily (and her Mum) we just knew that she would look like she had walked straight out of a fairytale and we were right, she looked stunning!

As her proud Dad walked her down the aisle, the Vine room looked beautiful with the hot pink accents around the room. The sun stayed out just long enough for us to get some shots around the venue and it was a quick dash back under umbrellas to enjoy the wedding breakfast and some great speeches.

Fortunately the sun returned for John, Emily and their guests and they were all able to enjoy drink in the sunken garden and watch the peacocks roaming around.

We really enjoyed the day with Emily and John and wish them and their family a very happy future. Here are a few images from their day:-

Paul and Katie - Northbrook Park

Congratulations to Paul and Katie who were married at the beautiful Northbrook Park in Farnham.

Well, the typical British weather was back and rather than April showers, we had April torrential and persistent rain! Luckily we had the gorgeous Katie with her infectious smile and her new husband Paul to brighten everyone's day. From the minute Paul saw Katie for the first time walking down the aisle, the smile never left their faces.

We are very lucky at Northbrook Park that we have a gorgeous setting and even without taking a step outside we have the beautiful Vine Room where we were able to get some great shots. It's always tricky to ask a bride if she would like to go out in the rain for photos outside, especially as most of them are wearing a full length (expensive) white dresses(!), however, Katie had absolutely no reservations and trusted that we would protect her dress as well as getting some great shots of the two of them at their venue. So with Paul and Katie (mostly) undercover, we managed to get some beautiful shots. It was, hands-down, the wettest we have ever gone outside to shoot bride and groom shots but although I had to change my very wet shoes and we had to literally shake off the cameras, it was completely worth it.

We had such a wonderful time with Paul and Katie and luckily as the they finished their wedding breakfast, it started to dry out and the guests were able to explore the wonderful gardens and enjoy the evening.

We would like to wish them both all the best for their future together. Here are some images from their day:-
