Congratulations to Rosie and Steven who were married at St Anne Church, Chertsey and continued their celebrations at Woodlands Park in Cobham.
Having had a pre-wedding shoot with them a few weeks before we had already been filled in on this traditional Italian wedding. We started the morning at Rosie's parent's house which could have been taken directly from Rome - it was beautiful! The house was filled with family all there to wish Rosie well with her day and even the dog had dressed up!
The traditional catholic ceremony was beautiful and afterwards all of their friends and family congratulated them with huge amounts of confetti! The day stayed dry and we headed to Woodlands Park to carry on the celebrations. Woodlands Park is a beautiful venue inside and out and we had plenty of time to not only use the grounds by day, but we also got some wonderful sunset shots as well as using the wonderful staircase.
Just before Rosie and Steven were due to take to the dance floor for their first dance they were told to step outside as Rosie's brother had organised a surprise for them. The couple and their guests were then treated to a fantastic firework show. It was something that Rosie had really wanted but didn't think was possible so it was such a wonderful surprise.
We finished the evening with Rosie and Steven with their first dance and it certainly was a first for us, we could bearly see them at the end as they were absolutely covered with streamers!
We had a wonderful day with Rosie and Steven, it was full of traditions and lots of fun. We wish them all the best for their future together, here are some images from their day:-
