Old Thorns Wedding Photography - Becky and James

Congratulations to Becky and James who were married at St Matthews Church in Blackmoor and continued their celebrations at Old Thorns in Liphook.

Well you guessed it, the great British weather struck again and we arrived to Becky's parents house in the rain, but as soon as we walked in you would have thought it was the brightest summers day. Becky and her bridemaids were so relaxed and excited, they were really looking forward to the day whatever it may bring.

Becky's Mum was holding back the tears most of the morning but managed to help her into her dress which was absolutely beautiful and Becky looked amazing! It was then just a short trip to St Matthews in Blackmoor (where Phil and I got married!) to see the boys who all looked very smart. James was there with his best man and ushers and also his son who had stepped up to take the rings down the aisle. They had done a great job constructing the box from his lego which we thought was such a lovley idea.

From the minute Becky walked down the aisle we knew that she was very much her mother's daughter and was fighting back the happy tears as she married James in a very emotional ceremony. After the ceremony we headed off to Old Thorns and even though we had to stay undercover for the bride and groom shots, there is more than enough at Old Thorns for some beautiful shots. All of the guest continued to have a great time all day and because of the rain we were even able to get some amazing night shots that just wouldn't have been the same if it was clear. They say every cloud has a silver lining!

We had an amazing day with Becky and James and it is very clear just what a perfect couple they are. We wish them all the best for their future together.

Here are a few of their images from the day:-
