Congratulations to Russell and Barabara who were married back in December at the wonderful Rivervale Barn.
Well what a fantastic wedding to finish off the year with! We met Barbara and her bridesmaids at The Hilton St Anne's Manor and as soon as we arrived we knew we were in for a good day. Barabara has the most wonderful smile and it was in full view as they all got ready, she even had a wedding dance! Russell surprised Barbara with a VW Camper van to take her and her bridesmaids to Rivervale which was fantastic and tied in perfectly (she is from Germany). Once at Rivervale, the girls finished getting ready and Barabara looked absolutely stunning!
Now, we were quite lucky that Russell was with us on the day as a week earlier he was rushed into hospital to have his appendix removed(!) but on the day you would never have known as he was beaming. He was clearly very excited to see Barabara as she walked down the aisle. It was a lovely ceremony with lots of smiles and it was very clear to see the love between them.
Russell and Barabara are lots of fun so as well as taking the family shots, we also left some time to get some fun shots with their friends which was brilliant. After exploring the gardens, we came back for Russell and Barbara to join their guests for the wedding breakfast and the smells coming from the kitchen were mouthwatering. The barn looked amazing and so cosy which is exactly what the couple wanted.
This truly was an International wedding with bridal party and guests from Germany, America and even New Zealand so the speeches really brought everyone together with Russell's Dad helping Barabara's Dad out with signs for the guests.
We ended the evening with photo booth which really did bring everyone together and we had so much fun.
We would like to wish Russell and Barbara all the best for their future together and also take this opportunity to thank Hayley and all of the team at Rivervale for their help on the day and every other day we are at Rivervale. We truly love working with you all and we're looking forward to another fantastic year working together.
