Having been to her sister-in-laws salon (K&S Hair Studio) to have their hair done, Alex and her bridesmaids arrived at the barn full of excitement for the day ahead. Allthough a little on the chilly side (we had a few radiator hoggers!) we were still able to dodge the showers for the boys shots. Alex looked absolutely stunning in her dress and was clearly very keen to see Nick.
The barn looked beautful having been dresses by Laura at LK Luxury Chair Covers and the guests were ready for Alex's big entrance. After a lovely ceremony we whisked Alex and Nick off into the garden to try and beat the weather. We managed to get some great shots as usual in the gardens, they look fantastic at this time of year as all of the different flowers bloom, it changes weekly.
When we came back, we gathered the girls for the throwing of the bouquet which was caught by Alex's sister. I'm not quite sure who was most excited though, her or her dad! Speeches followed another superb meal prepared by the team at Rivervale and if you're wondering about the shocked look on Alex's face, that was courtersy of the best man's finishing line! Luckily it also produced a smile.
It was a great day and we wish Alex and Nick all the best for their future together. Here are a few images from their day:-
